If you need highly qualified online science teacher, our team would be a great asset to your school. The federal definition of a highly qualified teacher is one who meets all of the following criteria:
• Holds at least a bachelor degree from a four-year institution
• Fully certificated or licensed by the state
• Demonstrates competence in each core academic subject area in which the teacher teaches
We will work with students using phone, email, web conferencing, chat, video streaming, Google Hangouts, virtual classroom, and other tools to maximize students learning. Online courses enable schools to offer a broad range of courses that they otherwise might be unable to include in their basic curriculum because of budget constraints or inability to find qualified teachers for some math, science and language courses, for example. In addition, online courses are the perfect option for students with busy schedule or scheduling conflicts, and students who need courses for credit recovery.
In a virtual classroom, students take responsibility for their own learning. There weren’t any of the usual classroom battles—discipline problems, kids talking and not paying attention. Online, they are by themselves. They take in more information and they are more personable. Teachers become more a facilitator than a nag. Although online teachers work from their own homes, schools can get tons of data about their performance. Data comes from electronic surveys and other feedback from students and parents. Schools can ask them what communication with online teachers is like and whether they think the teacher cares about them.”
For 2015-2016, we offer four online courses: Physical Science, Biology, Chemistry, and Environmental Science. If you need other advanced science courses such as Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, etc., please email me. These courses use project and virtual labs to help students learn basic laboratory techniques and practice methods used by lab technicians and professionals in a variety of careers, using specific science lab processes.
Fees: $2,000 per year for 1-5 students, and $500 per year for each additional student after the first five students. 50% due at acceptance of contract, balance due at the beginning of the second semester. Payment is non-refundable.
Fundraising, Marketing and Grant Writing Services
We will work as independent contractors Virtual Assistants, providing your school with directory marketing, online fundraising, marketing, and grant writing and related services:
Online fundraising generally refers to using the Internet to raise money for your organization. Web sites, blogs, email marketing, search engine optimization, Facebook, tweets, etc. are just some ways to do this. We will help you build your next generation of supporters with social media marketing.
We write creative, compelling fundraising and marketing materials that engage your audience and call them to action. We help school improve its return on marketing investment by targeting and engaging potential parents. We will target five zip codes surrounding the school address.
Grant Writing and Related Services
We search and develop a list of potential funding resources. We write and develop grants via the Internet. We draft letter of inquiry, proposal, and prepare documents for submission. You will need to proof read, submit to the funding source, and follow-up (Grant Writing Resources).
